Description
Next in the City of Heroes, Golden Age Heroes group commission. Number 16 in the series with 15 to go, half way there. :) BTW I updated the image of Power Princess, after a second look she looked terrible. Thanks for sticking around through all the super heroes, one day I might get around to doing something different. :)

Great outfit on this one, love the mask! Great work!
I particularily like the sky on this one, it picks up his design on his chest while looking like a classic city sky.
Nice work Raddar, the costume looks great and the shield suits him;) hehe getting tired of super heroes, well hang in there buddy your doing a super job on these! CHEERs.

Phalanx?! LOL! I know, I know, you didn't dream up the name. LOL. You did a great job bringing this character to live though. The texture look great!

Great character. Love the outfit. Interesting name for a superhero. With so many more to go, you'll run out of new names! :)

Raddar! I could look at your super heroes all day long! Especially when they are this handsome! I love his costume and pose! Great expression and background too! A most superb work of art! Very well done!
I agree with Radar_rad-dude. This is a great pose. It takes supreme confidence to bend down while your enemy is around. Intense expression. Wonderful work.
great comic character with excellent pose
Fantastic cartoon artwork!
great work as always!!!
Looks like he could blend right into the Marvel Super Hero Character era of the 60s.
Another fine job on this one.
Love the pose and color scheme to his costume as well!!
Excellent!
I like how the shield looks and how it plays into the name, the Phalanx. Nice touch!
