Description

I went back and forth about this one and decided to post it anyway. Taken outside a church in San Francisco.

It's definitely interesting. Sometimes the moments you capture won't be picture perfect, like the moment you wait for, but they're no less valuable. I'm glad you shared this.

Oh WOW! I like this one a lot, the dapper guy with the walking stick makes it, as do the other human participants, each in his or her own little world. Marvelous details too, especially on the door behind the sitting man. This is amazing work.

I'm glad you posted it. It is a very interesting shot. I'm very curious about the people here. It's interesting to think of what might being going on in their heads. The woman seems to have felt the gaze of the older man and has returned his gaze. Perhaps he is is not looking at her at all but gazing abstractedly into space. Perhaps he is blind and "sees" instead, her firm tread on the pavement. The woman in the doorway is interesting too. She appears to be collecting herself for the steps down. Have such movements become more difficult for her. Another thought is that here are two people slowed down by time and another still striding firmly into the future. Very interesting! I like the tones too. The soft pink sets off well the darker tones of the people and the entryway into the church. Beautiful detail on the building. Excellent work!

I love the tones and the moment in time you captured. It's a great story picture and we can assign whatever roles we want to the characters to amuse ourselves. Wonderful photo, I'm glad you posted it, but why wouldn't you?

Very nice mode shot. Maybe it is as simple as he is waiting for someone to come out of the church. Love the sepia type tone. Dana

Penso, caro Mark , che hai fatto molto bene a postare questo bel momento di vita catturato ! E molto bene hai fatto con questi toni di colore dal sapore antico ! I think, dear Mark, you did very well to post this beautiful moment of life captured! And you did very well with these color tones of antique taste!
