Betty is at the Desert Explorer Showroom and she made it clear to the sales people that they mistakenly sent her the Desert Explorer Custom and she ordered the Desert Explorer Deluxe.
Betty says:
"This is the one I ordered and why is it that everything we buy now days is either the wrong item or something is wrong with the item? We need to go back to the 50s and 60s when quality and the customers were priority and greed was not the goal"
