Description

This is the last of the 3 images in this short series. This was taken with my Nikon pocket camera. My Nikon D40x DSLR will not focus on anything closer than about 3'6" so it will not work for pics of bugs on my hands. This image was taken about 45 minutes after the 1st one. By now, the newly emerged Teneral Dragonfly has obtained most of its color and has expanded and strengthened its wings. I am pretty sure this is a male Baskettail and possibly a Stripped-winged Baskettail. Thanks to those who take the time to comment. Lee
