Description
Had this one for a long time, but was hesitant to post it for some reason. I am a practicing Christian, but am very reluctant to "wear it on my sleeve" so to speak. No, I'm one of those who hides my light under the barrel all too frequently in public. I usually try to proclaim my faith by how I live, rather than by proclamation or preaching. If someone asks me specific questions about my faith, I am more than happy to talk with them about it. Most of the time, I'm one of those silent folk who you might never know was a Christian.
I'm not going to be any different; I'm still that cyber friend you know and, hopefully, like. I'm not going to start preaching. However, from time to time, like now, I may add a Bible scripture reference, which you are free to pursue or not. That's up to you. I thought this one is appropriate to the above picture:
Psalms 121. (It's short!)

cool scene, landscape and concept!
i´m christian too Jeremy...and here where i live all people knows it...mostly because my religion is not the same than theirs...and i talk with them about it. Here in the net sometimes i cite from the Bible in some of my images...is my right too..people can take it or leave it...is their right to do. i just love this one my friend...and that psalm is a beautiful one. hugs!
It's wonderfully done Jeremey, this scene, and the psalm goes very well with it. I had to look it up cause I am sort of an agnostic and have my own special beliefs which don't fit in any official religion...smile... What I have in common with you, is, that I am not wearing this on my sleeve as you said so nicely and that I do have the strong conviction, that everybody has the right to see and feel in this matters in his or her own personal way...smile
Beautiful scene
NICE work ! :)
Everyone must be free to profess his religion without any hindrance! I'm Catholic, but not practical church... I don't go more because I don't like how some priests behave! I prefer to pray in solitude and in contact with nature! Your work is fantastic! :)
Excellent one Jeremy!
Fine work.. Nature .. Can't get any more pure.. Rob
"Believe" and "Faith" is something i lack completly....and i envy those that have it greets my friend
Nicely done. A wonderful scene.
A wonderful image, amigo.I like it. A lot! Both composition and message.Me not Bible thumper, Catholic by education but renegade of it by choice.I do believe in the Allmighty, however, and I hold the teachings of Jesus in highest regards, and I believe in the power of Prayer, trying it in real life. But I don't believe in churches of any kind, since He is among us and everywhere...like in your picture!
Fantastic scene, outstanding work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
