Happens to me 20 - 30 times a day! Damned Microsoft upgrades! I have to shut off my firewall and anti-virus software since Microsoft creates conflicts with them, locking my computer so I loose everything.
Yup, I'm the one who usually causes those problems - snicker.
I recognise that expression! Any operator in any office ... Nicely done.
