My arm and hand are still bothering me.
Hot baths and the Chiropractor... and Sleep.
I have been trying to sleep my way well, I can forget about the pain, when asleep most of the time.
So have not been able to make many comments.
I am still reading the ones I get.
I really enjoy them.
