They came into the Captain's office from the aft door and froze, seeing the Madjulla and Odunn Panchetta loitering around at the far end. Odunn said,"Hello ,father." Aldus choked out,"Odunn? Is that you?" Dokka Tkarro snapped,"MADJULLA! What are you doing here?" She smiled,"Now, NOW! I'm needed to fight the 'Great Enemy', being foot-soldiers and such! Right? I'm doing what Toxic always is doing. Poking around into people's secrets. I see you have a photo of your CURRENT wife, but NONE of your previous? What was her name again? MYA?" Dokka sighed, trying to control his anger, "What do you want?" She smiled tightly and asked,"She died from 'asphyxiation'? Are you sure of that? Did you EVER read the toxicology report on her?" "She died on top of a building when she was nine months pregnant with my son. I just got appointed as Controller 13 of Flying City 64's Ground Troops. The city's MMI field fluctuated and she died from lack of oxygen on the observation deck of the highest building. It broke my heart...but it was a tragic accident. What are you playing at?" Aldus shook out of his shock and said,"She'd look like she asphyxiated. Cyanosis, pallor, rigor. Classic symptoms." Dokka's voice shook as he demanded,"What IS this?" The Madjulla shook her head and said,"Your brother, Oban, died on city 64 about two or three years ago? Blown up by a suicide bomber from the Human Liberation Front? A bomber who's wife had NO CLUE of him being such an extrememist? Who also reported him missing the night before he was found dead in Oban's apartment, both of them blown to bits? WHO would profit from the 'Cell mytosis' test on the bomber being DENIED?" Dokka asked,"What is that? Aldus?" Aldus remarked, darkly,"It would show if someone was ALIVE when their body is blown up. It's a simple test. Takes two minutes. Completely routine for any coroner." She grinned."What do all these things have in common? King Salva! He hates your guts,Dokka! He killed your previous wife and your brother. WHY is this important now?" Dokka gritted his teeth and growled out,"Mya rejected him. FLAT. He's a noble. He's used to getting what he wants. She went over with Toxic and Neon to go clothes shopping!" Madjulla swore,"DAMMIT! Pre-empts me by two hours! Call her up and get her to get out of there!" Dokka pulled out his phone and called Jin. Odunn said to Aldus, "We also found out that he's the one who strangled Safira and threw her daughter off of City 64, all those years ago. I'm sorry. Safira's daughter was yours, wasn't she? My half sister?" Aldus nodded mutely, overwhelmed by grief and anger. Jin picked up laughing,"Dokka? Where are you?" Dokka shouted,"Get out of there! It's a trap! You're in dange--" There was a loud report, followed by Neon screaming. That was followed by Toxic emitting a shriek that hurt the ears, followed by the phone melting. Madjulla looked shocked. "He bugged your phone! Damn! Odunn! Teleport me to a window! I want to see if Toxic burns City 64 in the air, or blows it up!" They teleported away as Dokka ran onto the bridge and shouted,"BATTLESTATIONS!" --To be continued!--
