Description
I'm not going to get any fractals or shroom visions cranked out tonight...I'm just shuffling files around. This one is from the same batch of pictures as the first two...a little butterfly. I just opened it in the kaleidoscope and this was the first thing to show up. It was a good chuckle.
(So happy today...had the second and final surgery on my shoulder. Back to work on the 29th after 6 months out. Bless my surgeon and bless my labor union!)

Lepidopterus strigiformis, poor little mixed-up guy, Doesn't know whether to-wit or just to flutter-by. Great, and fun, result Danise!! Didn't know you'd been under the knife -- six months out, wow, sounds nasty. Hope you have a complete recovery now.
Good to have a laugh!
Well done.
Stunning macro shot my friend, love it.
Great shot and creation!
hehe... very cute! Light hearted and playful, with just the right amount of lighting! I really like those flowers..... perfect symmetry! :)
Oh I just love this! It's like a little owl sitting there .. until one notices that this is a butterfly .. and then one sees it has TWO front ends and NO back end .. I suspect it's going to a very cranky butterfly as what goes in one end, needs to come out the other end, but it has no other end!! Be careful when you go out walking in these fields again, you just might get attacked by a very angry butterfly, giggles!! Love it!! Glad your shoulder is on the fast track to healing. Good to hear you're going back to work too, it helps pay the bills, grins, but will you miss being home?
un papillon?belle photo!
