That trip in the air balloon doesn't have something to do with it? Maybe? Your body went up in the air and maybe the pressure change caused something... I went up in the mountains when I was a kid and didn't feel right for over 3 days - and that was a steady climb - you went up a hell of a lot faster - it's something to consider anyway = hope you're feeling better soon.
