Description
Not a particularly good scene; but, I wanted to experiment with a close-to-the-ground image where I could test some plants, stones/rocks and colors. When trying to come up with a title, I got the a thought remembering when we would go and dig up some potential 'bonsai' trees some years ago; and, on a few occasions, we even found some ancient artifacts.
The plant models used are as follows:
• Vetch plant - by Walli which you can download at his site http://www.wallis-eck.de/2009/?p=580 .
• Bush - by lightning may still be available at Planetside.
• Leafless bush - available at Ashundar/Terragen Community. http://www.ashundar.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=179bc8b8e4e3cef279a9fdb93d641764&action=tpmod;dl=cat5 .
• Dry grass patch -also available at Ashundar/Terragen Community.

Bob this looks cool but, you have to get away from the Cubic-B-Spline (soft) filter...my old eyes cannot see the details...it looks too soft or blurry. I have a large monitor and yes it is tuned correctly...your older TG images look crisp, sharp and fresh...your newer TG2 images seem a bit washed out...light and soft...please, try a sharp, saturated, contrasted type image...for me :)...just don't over-do it on purpose....make it nice. I'll work on less sharpness, contrast and saturation in my images...and put forth my best effort....we'll see what happens....

The lighting and pov makes this piccy fer sure. I love the soft tones of veg and sky and the subtle highlights on the veg are perfect! Looks like I'm about to climb over the hill and be welcomed by a helluva view. Love it!

Except for the lighting I like this one a lot. Lots of nice details and a very natural sky.
I like the view and the lighting too! Only the textures of the ground itself in the larger view let you know that is a 3d work and not a photo!
