Description
I saw this in the freach Quartes in New Orleans and say to my seft " Only in New orlears I see stuff like this." Yes they may have other places that have class like New Orleans but I live close to the big city. Oh and they would have a band playing as it goes down the street. I missed one for it was too far for me to go.
