Description
Trying out my hand at a complete Vue scene again, the Rhine river in Germany with it's Castles, bridges and folklore was the inspiration for this "Steampunk" fantasy.
Lorelei was a Siren of the river Rhine and lured fishermen into her snare, with her haunting song.
This is my modern day Steampunk version of her, farewelling her lover Captain Jack.

A wonderful scene which looks really amazing in zoom, with all the details of the castle, bridge and boat. I love Lorelei's outfit with its beautiful textures and how you have the top blowing in the breeze. Excellent work in this scene.

I hope it wasn't good-bye to Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp?), I mean he such a dish, who would want to leave him ? Legend has it, that those poor fisherman actually lost their lives, when listening to Lorelei...no good-bye's! I can hear them singing: "Ich weiss nicht was soll das bedeuten, dass ich so traurig bin, ein Maehrchen aus uralten Zeiten, das geht mir nicht aus dem Sinn!" etc, etc. Superb work on the POV and everything else. BB
