Description
These ants were amazing. They were patiently making their dream house out of leaves. Please zoom.

Leaf Ants! Amazing creatures! Well caught picture... very clear glass! Unlike London Zoo! Millions of SNOTTY Kids... Paw prints all over the glass! Groan.... Rob
very cool looking ants! Interesting shot!!!!
That is amazing! Great shot!
And they have bums to match the cladding.. Mmmm, there's an idea!
wonderful!
Outstanding capture my friend. Thank you for sharing.
This is super! I love Andrea's comment...their posterior ends are beautifully color coordinated. I wonder what purpose that would possibly serve! This is fantastic on every level. I've never seen ants of this species (we have carpenter ants in Chicago, and zillions of other sorts, but they don't build like this, and they don't have green rear-end bits.) I love the clarity here and the intense color. This is another favorite.
Is this an ant condo complex because I see a second unit in the background? Amazing capture. Dana
