Description
In my line of work we have to be inventive.
A capture of this Riser Crane was impossible with one shot. A super wide angle was out of the question because of the distorted lines it makes.
In this image I used the panorama stitch metode.
Took 6 frames, 3 at the top and 3 at the bottomn.
Here is the result. Almost no falling lines and the entire deck and crane in one image.
"Aker Spitsbergen" is the biggest floating oilrig in the world.
Its self propelled and buildt for arctic conditions.
