A Rorschach image IMHO ... I'll bet, depending on my mood, I could see a myriad of images within this piece. Superbly done!
powerful work
you've modeled it like it's a cutout. It has shades of Dubuffet and Picasso, the animal-like shape is very picasso-like. But I can also see you, and your intense squiggles & areas of dots & heavy blacks are nice balance to the open spaces, plus the 'creature' sits on nice open space. (And it's great to see your free-hand signature, ie, you didn't use a digital 'stamp' for a hand done drawing.) Keep this up. It's wonderful to see you post hand art. Even by hand, we can see your surrealism as well as your limbs and paws of imaginary creatures. Those hands & cells are very playful. Lovely & wild stuff Mandi.
Very unique, very expressive, excellent....makes me thinkof Picasso !!!
Very nice piece, i like the design and nesting it forms.
I'd a named this: "Livestock Feeding Frenzy" LOL
I really love your ink and your hand drawing, mandi! Absolutely! Clean and neat. I love the figurative. And your thin lines playing with the thick ones! And the blots!Wonderful drawing.wonderfully done, dream or not!
H.P. Lovecraft eat your heart out. Wild!
