Hope the new year is treating you fair..
We started with a BANG...
Blew up a TV and the power supply to desktop.
TV was old. And Saved PC with a new power supply.
So wasn't too bad... could have been worse, at least I was home when everything started Popping.
Blew the neutral wire out of the electrical box.
So after a few hardware stores and Bill playing electrician... (Yes he knows how) We have power again... and power to the PC.
Have a great day!!!

Without having any electrical problem, I went yesterday to Sam's and bought a brand new TV, to replace an old one that was laying in my bedroom for too long... Excellent work!
That fact that it didn't start on fire was a miracle. I am so glad you guys are ok. Someone was watching over you yesterday. Great fractal by the way. I am glad you got your computer back online.
Gorgeous view my friend, congratulations!
Sounds like everyone is starting the new year out with a bang, almost literally! We're still seeing "red" here, as you so aptly put it! It would've been nice if the power company could've warned us about replacing the meter first, I would have done a bit of unplugging to avoid the imminent and destructive power surge. Race ya to a new tv!!
Beautiful design my friend, glad that everything is oke with you folks.....hugs Adrie.

You picture makes me think of a cell and star trek.... I'm hearing the music they played when the doomsday machine attacked - lol... Hopefully 2010 attacks us in a good way.
More power to the PC!! ...er, uh, people! Cool map you made! Looks like an ancient treasure map...you only need to write in some colorful destination names.
Not the best way to start the year, but just think you will get a new TV and you haven't lost your pictures on your PC. I can see a lake here that is getting frozen over in that cool breeze. Lovely work.
What an experience! I'm glad everything turned out OK. Lovely picture too!
