it feels like a meeting of modern with ancient Roman, the ancient Roman person appearing through a Roman arch (and blended with a beautiful dream-tree), the modern woman standing against a wall with an arch "on" it---as if the arch has transformed, over time, from an actual stone arch to a mere drawing of one. Very intuitive touch, Gea! And your use of "negative" black & white makes it appear all the more an apparition. The background is like memory & thought; and the whole piece feels like a fleeting moment where ancient & modern 'speak' to each other, then go their different ways...Once again, a very intuitive work, and very delicate as well. Thank you for your comment on my image, gea: It was a very heartfelt comment, and I appreciate the time you put into it. I'm glad my strange & long image (lol) could touch you in a personal way. The lyrics to the song were beautiful; thanks for translating them for me. And I promise to do more Italiano as the weeks go by. The last weeks I've been so busy, if I'd translated you'd have never understood a word. Mea culpa, I will do more with your exquisite language in the future...
