Description
Third full render of my Space 1999, Eagle Transporter model. Fitted this time with a 'white' passenger pod and side boosters. The side boosters lack a bit of accuracy and shouldn't be used for reference purposes.
Modelling/UV mapping done with Cinema4D 9.6/Bodypaint 2.5.
Rendered with Maxwell Render 1.7. Minor colour adjustment and particle effects done as postwork.
Thank you for taking a look.

Excellent work and great lighting. I used to love this series when I was a kid, back in the days when 1999 seemed so far away.
Most excellent Becco!! I love the exhaust bells in this one!! I could never get that affect in TG2. Very cool!!
Wow, great model and fantastic render!
Very cool
Excellent modeling, lighting and render.
Great model......
Was one of the best Sci-fi series to ever air on TV. Great model!
Great work! The Eagle is one of the best scifi space craft ever conceived. Great modeling work.
Really great image. I got out my DVDs of Space 1999 and watched a few episodes the other day. I wish they would do a remake of it kinda like Battlestar Galactica.
excellent! followed the forum thread about the creation of the eagle.... Superb!
This and the previous shots of your model look terrific. Like others, I was a big fan of the series too. I have a couple of the Product Enterprise eagles on my book case, a daily reminder that the Eagle is easily the best looking space craft in SF. The side boosters remind me of an episode in Season 2, although like most of that season, it's name and story are easily forgotten.
Nice work man
Great modeling and lighting!
Awesome! Takes me back...
this is rock men , nice mod and cool presentation.
John, this is another fine tribute to this iconic vehicle. A love this particular configuration (have 3 solid models!), a fine example of the Eagle’s multi-purpose ability. Thank you very much John, I’ve just “grabbed” this image for my personal use.
