Description

Hello everyone and thanks for looking... This is another picture of the submarine Seaview from the old T.V. show "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea". I modeled and rendered the sub using Vue Esprit 7. Here, the Seaview is being 'depth charged' with underwater bombs, something which seemed to happen every other couple of episodes on the show. Although wildly improbable and scientifically inaccurate, I watched this show, along with reruns of "Star Trek", "Time Tunnel", "Space 1999" and "Land of the Giants" when I was a boy. It must have left an impression on me, because I joined the Navy when I grew up and spent over 20 years as a Submariner. To the folks who regularly look in on my posts, sorry I haven't been putting up new pictures or commenting regularly, but I've been on vacation, visiting family for the holidays. I'll try to catch up over the next couple of weeks. I hope everyone has been enjoying their holiday seasons as well. Take care, and see you round the sites. Tom Seaview123
