the head, neck and shoulders look like your best work to date with character design = the eyes look flat like 2D - suggest puting round spheres in sockets and painting them - even use your zbrush to create viens - since it is a robot, I'd heavily suggest the veins be colored and shaped like lightning... I like it a lot, great to see your zbrush skills growing.

Great start,you can find some great images og heads in zbc and use them as references on a pane behing your sculpt.This will show you on screen how muscles and forms look best.I done it and it has helped me learn the correct flows of muscle over bones etc.Keep going mate,bye cal:)
