My last entry to the Vue 3D competition, did not make it to the finals unfortunately. used xenodream and geocontrol.A lot of procedural terrains with image 16bit maps, some ecosystems and image based density cloud layers.

This is a fantastic scene with a great deal of depth. The sky is so, so well crafted! My only worries are the distant mountains shrouded in fog & not looking real enough. A little DOF might solve that? Also the blue creatures are distractive. Why blue? They don't blend into their surroundings.
