The Berliner Dom is a baroque cathedral built between 1894 and 1905. It is located on an island in the River Spree. It is the largest church in Berlin.

A beautiful looking and indeed, lit church ... that I suspect was repaired after the war.. Unfortunately, Allied bombing didn't bother much with avoiding individual buildings! Mind you, there is a famous picture during the London Blitz taken at night of the whole of London burning around St Paul's Cathedral... It was never touched! Amazing! Great and fine shot my friend...
