Description
Winter impression, when the frost has taken hold of the country. Where there is still some open water, ducks and other "waterfowls" will gather in numbers. However, the herons present may soon find the place too crowded and agitated for them to fish, and they'll soon look for a better place, maybe going a bit to the south - or another scene on my computer :)
Vue 7.4 Complete render, Poser birds (DAZ). Some modified Vue trees and some Onyx ones, textured in Vue. Levels/colour correction, "lensglare" effect (maybe I overdid it this time), framing & signature in Photoshop.
Thanks for taking a look, comments etc. always welcome and appreciated.
Have a nice day

Gorgeous scene!
Really lovely, I love that frosty snowy look and the edge between snow and water is perfect.
I love the soft warm golden lighting and the contrast it presents against the snow. All the birds appear to be having a grand old time. Beautiful!

Wow, you've created this scene beautifully and the atmosphere looks so wintery and natural.
Delicate lighting. The frozen parts of the lake are very impressive!
Definitly a superbe winter scene, very realistic and you didn't overdo the lensglare effect at all, the athmosphere is very very believable and realistic for a cold winter day
A great winter landscape and an excellent lighting!

This is the work of people who truly cultivate experts in Vue... Great lighting n composition... I think you are the best to make pictures like this Excellent bro
You outdo yourself every time. One thing that clearly sets apart your scenes from most other renders is your wonderful custom vegetation. Probably one of the best winter scenes I've seen.
Great work on a difficult topic !
Just pursed your excellent gallery, and I think I like this one the most. Excellent composition and color scheme. The birds have plenty of randomization and don't look fake. Beautiful work!
