Back then it was Stephanie Petite and Michael 2. Michael 2 had a wonderfully morphable face. Michael 3 not so good. Michael 4 is proving to be just about the best yet. :-)
Most of what I used comes from Daz3D and I'm not going to list everything here. Too lazy. ;-)
