Description
Hi. All this week I have been uploading pictures featuring various variants of Mr Sparky's excellent Dino Truck model. Here's the last in the series which I have given my VOAT treatment to create a logging and pulp processing machine. I call it the grab logger because of the two large mechanical arms which grab the trees before the huge circular saw blade mounted at the front cuts the tree down. The arms then feed the tree into the interior of the machine where it is cut up and prcessed for pulp in the second unit to the rear of the front section.
Additions to the original machine were the circular saw blade and its mounting, the two mechancial grab arms, a new top mounted control cabin, the opening for the tress to be feed into at the front of the first unit and a second Dino Truck attached to the rear of the first.
I got the idea for the machine from an old Thunderbirds episode.
