Description
Evening all :o)
A bit of natural history tonight ,any takers on which semi-aquatic animal this skull belongs to .Some clues for you : weighs between 1.5 - 3.5 tons ,they are very agressive and live in Africa .Mainly Zambia and Tanzania .
Thanks for taking a look and take care

Looks a bit like a hippo to me, but it wouldn't fit in my skull collection, the cabinets is too small.
pretty teeth! interesting photo!!!
That is one amazing pic Mick, those teeth are beyond cool
I'm not very skilled in this area... I don't know what animal might be! But perhaps Andrea is right... it's the skull of a hippo? Excellent capture! :)
excellent pic!!
IMPRESSIVE , IT'S A HIPPO!
Yup ... I vote for hippo, too. Excellent image!
hippo I would think but be far from me to be knowledgeable on such. excellent shot
ditto---great shot, no matter what!!
Very nice Hippo skull! And this gives me an idea: why not to take another shot in frontal position and with the shortest focal length you have? It would be another post, quite interesting!
