Every so often while shooting along the Puna coast I stop and pay my respects to a good friend and musician of mine who passed away a few years ago. He has a small memorial along the cliff in the foreground. I sit and have coffee and talk with him as if he were still here, as we watch the new day begin. I must say he has such a nice view.
Elias this one is for you, I miss your sweet music! RIP

This morning, I took my wife to the lava fields (very short hike) and took some pictures. After that, we took a ride down the red road along the coast. We had stopped by this place. I had told my wife that Dave would stop by here to pay his respects. Prayers to the Elias. Beautiful Tribute..... Aloha
