In my younger years, I read a lot of cyberpunk science fiction by the master of that genre, William Gibson. He wrote many works that made references to Japan, particularly Tokyo's Shinjuko district. This image captures that mood perfectly; there is so much brilliant light, a strange combination between new and old, and a wonderful and almost sinister emotional feeling to it. I love this shot! It is perfect work!
