Description

I have mentioned here before how difficult it is for me to photograph animals. That's why I photograph a lot of landscapes. They don't move except here in Southern California. As soon as insects, birds or mammals see me they run away. There is one exception, alligators. These guys are not afraid of anything. One of them came out to see who we were. I think he was hoping we would throw him something to eat or maybe fall out of the boat.

Excellent shot! He reminds me of a metal submarine plowing the waters. Lovely detail and reflections. He certainly seems to have no problem of missing teeth!

This is a really beautiful shot. He looks like stone sculpture, beautiful colors and the water too. You were very brave to be in a boat with alligators around. I always imagine they get up under the boat and tip you out, gobble you up for lunch as your title suggests. Glad to see you survived. I would love to hear Lynell sing the Croc song. Encore!!!!
