Description
Back in April, I won this fantastic set in the Fools Gold contest for my image "First Contact", just as my copy of Poser 6 went on the blink. I've now upgraded to Poser 8, and for the first time I can appreciate the incredible detail of the set. Thank you, LukeA!
For this image I used 14 radial lights and the original wizard's lava lamp (which he's had since 1421 BC). The lighting setup is a radical departure for me as most of my scenes are lit with a single source, usually the sun or moon.
The scene actually reminds me very much of my office, without the computers.
Cats posed in Poser 8, scene assembled, lit and rendered in Vue 8 Infinite (no post work), signature in Photoshop CS3.

Fine presentation of the set, great lighting.
Wow this is some superior lighting you have going on. What a fantastic set.
Wow, the lighting in this is just killer - great work!
AMAZING!!!
This is fantastic ! Wonderful details and lighting. Superb artwork, dear Craig !!! Hugs Karin :)
Well behaved book keepers. Very nice composition. Wish I had a study as elegant as this one! Well done!
Great scene and lighting
this is awesome...the scene is beautifully composed ...know how we know? Cuz it speaks to the chaos of much in the room and yet it is easy for the eye to wander picking up detail without feeling overwhelmed. THAT is the sign of a well composed scene. :)
Lovely! Glad to see another South African on the site as well!
