In memory and thanks for all of those who have served or who are serving in our Armed Forces.
These are the boots my Uncle wore in Viet Nam.

WOW! There's always something intrinsically haunting about empty boots. I was drawn to that before I knew the exact context of the thumbnail that I saw. It reminds me of those shoes I sometimes see hanging from wires here in Chicago, and similar, haunting displays in Prague. Wonderful and touching work!
