Sig,you caught both the beauty and problem of many cities in mountain valleys. Santiago, Salt Lake City, and Mexico City all have that brown pollution haze floating over the city and with the surrounding mountains the polluted air has no place to go. You got this photo on one of the better days because the mountains are visible.
