Description
These two girls were in the process of securing their bikes to the fence. They obviously talked about how best to do it as they changed the position of the bikes several times. As I walked by I mentioned in passing that it would probably be a good idea to remove the seat, because often the seat is stolen. They both gave me dirty looks and I probably ruined their day. I don't know if they followed my advise because I didn't stick around.

Some people don't take good advice until its to late...lets hope its not these two. :-) You tried!
wonderful photo!!!!!!
da schaut "Mann" gerne hin! Hübsches Foto!!!
LOL.... great image of "everyday life" Sig! Well done! :)
:...great shot sig..this is beautiful photo..
great photo!!! Here in Padova there is a very big market of stolen bikes. This market has usually been very florid, but now is even better. Stolen bikes are often used by pushers or pickpockets as well as university students. If someone steals your bike, it's easier and faster buying one (somethimes just your own like) at the Thieves Market than trying to get it back through the police.
Nice shot erland
Wonderful shot, Sig! don't know what area they're in, but it is possible that the bikes were stolen within minutes after they left.
Beautiful shot, Sig!!!
Nice capture but sad commentary on the human condition. Yeah, I know, been that way for a long time but still every time I think about it, I wonder why...why does society tolerate anti social behavior? I guess there is money to be made in selling bike locks - and bolt cutters.
The young can't imagine that anything we say might be of value! it will be their turn to be ignored sooner than they think.
Nice capture well you tried to warn them ..good idea taking the seat bit hard for thief's to ride with a bit of cold steel up 'um lol. Lovely shot ...
Great capture and commentary! I am sure they where just thinking the last thing they want to do is walk about with the seat post in their hands.
lovely
great foto, they gave you dirty looks because of theire own vulgaire minds lol.
At that age sometimes you just need to learn! Nice capture
Great capture of these lovely girls.
Excellent candid capture! I can see them trying to figure it out. Nicely seen!
Wonderful capture my friend.
Some will only learn by repeating history! Nice photo! It looks like they are just locking them together instead of to the fence, so perhaps they were both taken.
Excellent shot! :)
Remarkable work!
