Description
As a certifiably blue freak I thought this was interesting. I make Jello for the others that I live with but will not eat it even though it is quite tasty and it is good for the hair and nails- but Jeez it's made from grinded up horse's hoofs and sinuous connective animal tendons. Too ick for me:)

Our jellies are no longer made with horses hooves! I make a lemon, lime or tangerine one every week with mandarin oranges in it. I don't think I'd like BLUE jelly.
Well.. I don't think this jelly is what you're talking about... this is a dessert isn't it? And if so, it's not made of horses' hooves etc. That is a different sort of jelly which people use in soups, and if I'm not mistaken, there is only one factory of such jelly in the world in which my uncle used to work too. We don't eat that jelly but I touched it once when he brought it home, it was very hard material like sugar. Anyways... about the pic... it's awesome!!! This is something we 3d people can hardly do! :)
