I like the style of this one. The background is very interesting. The poses best work when viewed all together as a full composition.
Super Retro..
Incredible scene !!!
Fun and very expressive image Cathy, I'd love to know your thoughts behind it
A perfect pageant or pantomime. I love the stylized poses.

A very unique and creative style indeed! Beautiful designs and colours, the image seems to capture such great movement and flow! Great expressions and characters! Always a treat to be exposed to your lovely and masterful artpieces!
Excellent image!
Superb image Cathy! Excellent composition and concept!
love the lighting, the very retro look, the colors you chose, and the hound hiding under the coffee table to take is nap. But most of all, I love the very strange, somewhat surreal and eerie feel to this. The man who is drumming has an odd expectant and almost worried look on his face, the girl with the mask give off a very weird vibe, and the shrunken head is like the catalyst to the whole scene. Wonder what's playing on the old Victrola? And what will happen next? What kind of freaky voodoo is happening here?
Superb work! :D
This is so sweet!!!!
great palette work..it flows beautifully
Like, crazy, Daddio. These beatnics are really hep cats, man. I dig the far-out background scenario and nothing beats a girl with a shrunken head. Gotta feel sorry for the poor pooch who has to put up with the Ricky Ricardo wanna-be. Wouldn't be surprised to find a copy of "On the Road" tuked under the couch cushions...
LOL, popeslattz!
Excellent composition and style, and I love the title !!
very cute, love the dog under the table, so much detail in this.
