I once was floating around a small bay off the Texas coast and spotted a small island that had chainlink all around it so you couldn't even pull a small boat up to it. Curious, I slid in as close as I could to try to see in past the wild growth, and all of a sudden above me appeared 3 black helicopters that hovered low over me. I got the message. I slowly moved back and the futher back from the island I got, the higher up the copters got. Finally, after I had put plenty of room between me and the fenced island, the choppers disappeared as quickly and quietly as they had appeared. eery feeling. :-)
