While on a routine mapping quest of the frozen reaches of the north pole area.. we did, by mere happenstance, found ourselves guided to this colden, frozen volcano... of ancient purport... Long rumoured to be a gateway to another dimension or even to a subterran world, this Caldera, also had scientific mystery.... On approach in The Wyvern Rampant, our helmsman did report that all the normalized flight intrumentation did register awry settings, and we unreadable. My intended, Lady Constance Charming-Dahl, of a scientific mind, unpacked in hurried fashion The Intra-Dimension Portal Detector (a device of my own design, patent awarded), which then detected a doorway, openning and shutting with a languid frequency... This discovery made note that once our current Expidite and Adventure has concluded, mayhaps we shall return here to investigate this irracional event further.... perhaps asking along other notables of the scientific world... Dr. Doarte does come to mind.... Commander, Sir Asimov Vinge Zelazney, Terran Trust and Investigations... plots thicken...Bryce wth another Apo elevation map.. comments welcome, please enjoy!
