Description
This piece is dedicated to the memory of Lieutenant-Colonel Baldwin L. Troutman USAAF.
He was my grandfather and enlisted in the United States Army Air Corps in 1938, along with his two brothers, all three now rests at Arlington.
I wanted to show my respect for a great man and this Missing Man Formation is my attempt at doing that.
