Description
P.P.E.'s can be found in the Floatwood Forests piping weird music through their hollow horns. They are goofy, flesh (and froggie) eating idiots who love telling terrible jokes while trying to eat you. (An even bet which you die from first!)
Can anyone guess what "P.P.E" refers to?
Arms and hands are Daz's Victoria 3. Everything else was modeled in Hexagon and Truespace 2.3 then rendered in Vue Pro Studio-6. I did the post work in PhotoShop.
