Description
Russian Gulch State Park is two miles north of Mendocino. Fern Canyon Trail takes you through a canyon filled with redwoods, Douglas fir and California laurel. The undergrowth includes ferns, berry bushes, azaleas and rhododendrons. The paved trail is suitable for bicycles so its best to stay alert.

Beautiful greens. Wonderful time of day to take this, the lighting is really pretty and soft. I especially like that fallen tree with the moss covered bend. Very lovely and well done.
