Description
Just another interesting find from another interesting thrift shop. Bought for 50 cents from the American Children's Home Thrift Store where all proceeds go to this huge and historical home for orphans without parents and some creepy parents who have just given their children away. Since I am stuck with Picasa I played a bit with their center coloring tool. Cynthia:)

What a weird looking lightbulb, great capture..
I've seen these, and I love how you presented it here.
Extraordinary!!! What very peculiar object. I like what you've done to it!
What a trippy light bulb. Cool shot. ...and yes, I seem to be up at weird o'clock these days :P
Oh wicked in blue tone. Cool shot.
So beautiful lightbulb!!! Looks really sexy :P You know, viewing this lightbulb I'm feeling like my inside is laughing with happiness!!! Thanks for this! :)
I actually have a string of lights that are like that but they are plastic and in colors. They came out after the 'Grinch' movie during the Christmas season. Very cool pic! (:
cool idea, shot & postwork
This is terrific, very colorful, super cute and funny Cynthia. An outstanding capture. The lighting is perfect. Truly cracks me up. Really farout image. Huggs... Silkylady...

Interesting bulb... Aloha
Very freaky! Like the warm blue tone.
you always find the neatest things very cool i have never seen one like this!
Fascinating object. I like the way you've framed & composed it & whatever you did with the postwork to add softness & graininess makes it look like like a finely detailed pencil drawing to me. Nicely done...
I've got one of these. It's pretty wild! :)
