Description
One thing I have known all my life. Artists feel problems deep and take more time to get over them than the normal Yahoos. Listening to deep dismal music works for me. Gillian Welch and David Rawlings are superb for this and hence the title. I find it hard to throw old memories away- this is a no longer working watch that I wore in the late 70's and now use for a lightpull in my ancient farmhouse. Cynthia

Good title, beautiful capture!
As I suspected, Cynthia...you are probably mad as a hatter. but Oh SO interesting!
LOL @ Andrea! I've always suspected the two of you are MUCH alike! :P I love the idea of recycling an item in this way. You keep a treasured object in daily use, and I bet you enjoy it every time you turn on the light!
Interesting reflections of yourself. I tend to fill box after box with old memories and sometimes when I go through those boxes, I've forgotten why I have kept something...but I still keep it in case it comes back to me later. LOL
This is terrific, super cute, funny and unique Cynthia. An outstanding capture. This turned out great. Wonderfully written. The lighting is perfect. Truly cracks me up. Really farout image. Huggs... Silkylady...
I like it :) Clever use of a treasured relic :)
