Description
A paddler at the US National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, N.C.
A couple dozen Olympic hopefuls have relocated to the area so they can train year round. I suspect he is one of them because of the style boat he is paddling. His boat is a slalom boat especially designed for acceleration and easy tuning. I was unable to chase him down to get his name and story so forgive me.
