Description
Health and safety gone mad, what's new? Children used to love climbing over this old engine, pretending to drive and ringing the bell. But not any more. Note the tape wrapped around the vehicle. The owner was told that the kids couldn't enjoy themselves any more by some one with a clipboard and a degree in killjoying. Hey ho. I wonder how many kids have hurt themselves playing in the woodland behind? Will they tape that off next?
