Description
Monster-licious puppy is growing, maybe an inch in height and length and at least a pound! He has now mastered going down the stairs and running up them...He now barks more than he whines and growls (I think for effect) and has twice the energy as he runs around in the backyard until he collapses for a minute, only to start again. He attacks every weed he can find, sometimes pulls them up by the roots and carrying them then struts proudly showing off his newest conquest. He has me in stiches!
I accidently dropped my ginger ale bottle and he promptly picked it up and carried it to his fav spot, the bottle is as big as he is! You can really see the strenth he has in those shoulders, leading me to think he will be a force to be reckoned with in no time! To try and burn off some of that energy we tied an old ball to a tree limb and he loves it, he will get a firm hold and then backup under the picnic table until it snaps away and swings with him chasing it madly! He turns 8 weeks old on Tuesday (more or less)When I take him to the vet for his shots I will ask his age but judging from my thoughts when I rescued him, three weeks ago, thats his age.
I actually am unable to work today because of the Latino Festival. There are hundreds of people on ATV's, motorbikes, motorcycles and cars that are up and down the street all day today and tomorrow so I won't have any walkin renters...and the current temp being 88 degrees deters people from walking much in the city except for downtown or the beaches. So I will have today and tomorrow to do comments, otherwise I would not have posted.
