Description
SM9 member Vit White Bat comes from a frozen world, therefore he is highly accustomed to ice and snow, so accustomed to it that he can generate and manipulate it himself. His right arm is bionic and he can actually channel his power into it to enhance his abilities much like his teammates do by channeling their powers through their weapons.
