This is crazy. Four years ago I tough the same shot... But in Oostende (belgian coast)and it looks quite the same : same kind of buildings, same cars parking, street lights, people walking! Wow , it's strange!

I like this a lot. First, it's a very attractive picture with great POV. Then as you keep looking there are all the very interesting details. Crazy street lights, cars tightly parked one after another with motorcycles parked in between in spaces that aren't there, and a road that appears to lead right into the sea. Great stuff!

it's not that big of an island (actually several)... not sure why Malta has so many cars (plus they have great public transportation) so i don't get it... (but all in all, Malta is on my to-do list to visit)
