Description
Thank you so very much for all the wonderful comments and favs for my Floral photo... its something new Ive been trying as an effect using soft blending backgrounds .. I tried my own after I saw some done in Lightroom effects that you have to buy and I cant afford to buy it right now ( cat bills lol ) ...so I tried it myself with what I thought was about the same sort of thing

Wonderful colors!!!!
Looks great to me! You did good!
This new soft blending effect is working very well for you, Lu. This one is gorgeous. And you added that bit of life to it by having the beetle in the capture, as well. BTW, PhotoPaintPro X is being offered free right now by Lexar. There is a link to it on the Bryce Forum Page...you will have to search for it. All kinds of cool effects you can try.
Very nice capture! :)
this is beautiful i love the way you have the flower and making the beetle stand out.
Wonderful!
Excellent effect!
What an incredible image...!!!
The softness worked magic on the colors as well. The pastel has a genuine magic touch.
Your macro work is amazing! And the color range and soft focus are beautiful.

Gorgeous dream colors.
Great macro with wonderful results, with these colors. The Japanese beetle is a plus. Dana
This is absolutely fantastic. You really brought out the delicate formations of the flower and the lighting is just wonderful. Fabulous work!
Very well done!
I am with Shari - I need to investigate Lightroom more thoroughly!!! Fantastic effect you have achieved here Lu and the bug adds to the magic!!! Great image indeed! :)
You most certainly did well indeed, and executed a wonderful and enticing composition that is most soft and delicately beautiful. Would make me almost afraid to touch this, in the fear that at first touch of human it would fall apart, and crisp right beneath my fingertips... and sucha tiny little bug can hang from it like that.... what a tremendous beauty.... Love the almost-frosty effect.... like the icing on a cake, my Dear Friend! Remarkable artistry!
What a gorgeous photograph! Lovely soft lighting and beautiful color.
SWEET SHOT
