Description
"Listen to them--children of the night. What music they make."
--Bram Stoker Dracula
I know this one is strange, but I think I'm done with vampires for a while. I like bats and wolves (two misunderstood species) and things that "go bump in the night." So, I'm sure vampires will return to my gallery eventually. Here's that red sun, you mentioned, three_grrr. See how you each inspire me? I wanted to play with Daz 3's new shaders, and tiled two of my backgrounds for the cape and dress. The background consists of several layers of backgrounds I created. The character is V3 again. I had fun morphing her into a man. For the wonderful bat for both the background and in his hand I used the Silverkey model by Debra found at Daz.
Free stuff: RRDecoNecklace by robrose found here at Renderosity in the free section. Pyramid stud ring by d boudreau at ShareCG.
Tools: Filter Forge, Artmatic Pro, the Gimp. Rendered in Daz 3.
As always your input keeps me working. Thank you for looking and for any comments you care to give.

Beautiful character and color...bravo!!!:)
An excellent background and general presentation - gives your wonderful character a great start. He is 'the organiser of bats' - gathering them and making them orderly - each night passes and is numbered by bats - an image about control.
When I read the worlds,"-children of the night-" Bela Lagousie" voice says the words in my head, wonderfly horrible. Excellent work, I look forward to looking at what you do.

A superb and imposing character that reminds me of this blood-thirsty earl of Romania !
Fascinating picture. I like the way you blend 3D and 2D into your work. Well done!
Superb character Cathy! Excellent lighting and style!
Oh wow, gorgeous work on this more traditional appearance, and lovely, lovely background! You morhed Vicki so perfectly I would never have guessed .. does this make V a transexual? No wait .. transgender I think is the word I was looking for. Much gentler process in the the digital world then in the real world, LOL! This scene makes me think of the series by Ann Rice, the vampire series which began with "Interview with a Vampire" Well done!!
